Also known as Borage oil, Starflower oil is pressed from the seeds of the starflower plant. The oil is packed full of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) , an omega-6 fatty acid which we need to maintain healthy cells and reduce inflammation. Natural oil can regulate hormones with its anti-inflammatory properties, bolster the functioning of our hearts and help with our vision.
